Position: Video Content Analyst - Legal (German)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time, fix shift Mon- to Friday, Santos office
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review user reports regarding website contentDaily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures applicationMake well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and proceduresPropose solutions to improve the support of user communityReview sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skillsQuick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAble to objectively evaluate and classify the content.
