Ux/Ui Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our client's team. Our client is a Gametech company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Background: Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. A Master's or Ph.D. in these or related areas will be highly regarded.
Professional Experience: minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UX/UI design is mandatory. Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and cross-platform interfaces is highly valued.
Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, with experience in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
Visual Design Skills: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent visuals with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with Agile: Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating on projects with cross-functional teams.
Design System Management: Familiarity with maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Nice-to-have:
Motion Graphics & Animation: Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) to create engaging micro-interactions and animations.
Front-End Understanding: Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Analytics Tools to optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights.
