Ux/Ui Designer

We are looking for aUX/UI Designerto join our client's team. Our client is a Gametech company.
Minimum Qualifications: Education Background:Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. A Master's or Ph.D. in these or related areas will be highly regarded.Professional Experience:minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UX/UI design is mandatory. Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and cross-platform interfaces is highly valued.Design Tools Expertise:Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.User-Centered Design:Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, with experience in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.Visual Design Skills:Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent visuals with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Experience with Agile:Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating on projects with cross-functional teams.Design System Management:Familiarity with maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability.Language Proficiency:Fluent in Portuguese and English.Nice-to-have: Motion Graphics & Animation:Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) to create engaging micro-interactions and animations.Front-End Understanding:Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Analytics Toolsto optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights.Candidatar-se
