US Customer Experience Representative

This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the ever-growing eCommerce landscape - you'll be working alongside experienced professionals in finance, logistics, business and sales.
What we're looking for:

Experienced in Sales and Customer Service (minimum of 1 year), preferably in the auto parts vertical;
Proficient in the use of IT systems, both customer service specific and windows packages;
Fluency in English;
Being problem-solving oriented with critical thinking;
Highly skilled in written and verbal communication;
Skilled in listening;
Confident and articulate;
Able to exceed customers' expectations;
Able to work under pressure;
Hardworking and passionate;
Available to work on late shifts (14:00 - 23:00).

What you will be doing:

Help find used original auto parts for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry, through written and telephone communication.
Helping fulfil orders for customers;
Ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of orders.
Provide information on logistical issues and after-sales procedures.
Managing customer claims and returns for B2B and B2C customers;
Being the technical support to evaluate warranties and exchanges;
Helping fulfil purchase exchanges for customers;
Ensuring the customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of claims;
Customer support tasks are carried out only in writing.
