Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM orLate Shifts:Rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Weekends off!

Benefits:

Base Salary:950EUR per month (paid 14 times a year)
Fixed Language Bonus:450EUR per month (added to your base salary)
Performance Bonus:Up to 200 EUR annually based on performance
Meal Allowance:167.86EUR per month (net)
Total Monthly Income:Up to 1,926EUR

Key Responsibilities:

Be thego-to contactfor clients of the leading German bank, managing variouscustomer inquiries.
Providesupportviaemail, chat, andphone, including navigation for online banking.
Ensure atop-notch customer experience, constantly seeking toimprove serviceand satisfaction.
Offer information onproducts, services, andmarketing campaigns.
Present thebank's offeringsin asales-orientedmanner and assist with marketing efforts.
Process orders, manage feedback, and handle final inquiries, includingcard blockingandappointment setting.
