Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or  Late Shifts: Rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Weekends off!
Benefits: Base Salary: 950EUR per month (paid 14 times a year) Fixed Language Bonus: 450EUR per month (added to your base salary) Performance Bonus: Up to 200 EUR annually based on performance Meal Allowance: 167.86EUR per month (net) Total Monthly Income: Up to 1,926EUR Relocation Package: Includes flight ticket and 3 weeks of accommodation to ensure a smooth transition!
Key Responsibilities: Be the go-to contact for clients of the leading German bank, managing various customer inquiries .
Provide support via email, chat , and phone , including navigation for online banking.
Ensure a top-notch customer experience , constantly seeking to improve service and satisfaction.
Offer information on products, services , and marketing campaigns .
Present the bank's offerings in a sales-oriented manner and assist with marketing efforts.
Process orders, manage feedback, and handle final inquiries, including card blocking and appointment setting .
Ideal Profile: Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
