Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts: 40 hours a week 24/7 (with 2 days off per week) Key Responsibilities: Review Online Content: Analyze and moderate videos, content, and complaints related to copyright and material on popular social media platforms.
Content Management: Update and audit content, ensuring compliance with service KPIs and accuracy guidelines.
Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of all reviewed content and decisions made.
Ideal Profile: Strong Computer Skills: Excellent PC navigation and attention to detail.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
