We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.
You will collaborate with product owners and developers by delivering conceptual prototypes, preparing and participating in UX tests, providing UI flows, mockups and visual designs for mobile and web apps.
You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
What's your mission
Set design vision for the product; Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns; Guide the design and development of the design system by prototyping and writing guidelines for new components, patterns, and animations; Create and maintain processes for scaling, updating, managing, and evangelising a design system; Take part in the UX research and design, iterate, finalize UX design for the company; Working daily with software developers, product owners and other designers; mentor and guide UI/UX colleagues in good practices; Update UI design based on customer and user feedback, market adaption or brand style guide changes; Communicate and present solutions to customers and stakeholders; Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards within the teams; Review and optimize existing user interface designs by identifying and troubleshoot UX problems. What kind of super powers you must have Academic degree in Communication Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or similar; Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of color and layout; Knowledge of User Centered Design methods; Familiar with user interface design patterns and guidelines for responsive applications; Skilled in common design tools; Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator,...), etc; Ability to work and communicate solutions in iterations; Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Growth mindset – What ever you don't know yet, you are willing to learn; Fluent in English (spoken and written); CV and a strong portfolio are needed; What we offer Salary, of course.
