About the role: • As Sales Specialist, you will often engage in the Connect, Shop, and Buy phases of the customer journey.
You will help customers to explore the features and benefits of products and services to determine which ones fit their wants or needs or place an order.
•Engaging via phone or chat.
You need to ensure that the customers have the same type of experience like he/she would get as on-on-one while visiting a physical store.
•You may need to give your Customers information about the store, including its location and hours, upon their request Requirements:  Native written and speaking Turkish level + B2 English Problem-solving skills Service-minded Previous experience in sales is required.
Eligible to work in Portugal: Valid work permit or EU passport.
The company does not support visa sponsorship, so applicants surplus to requirements can not be considered.
