You will help customers to explore the features and benefits of products and services to determine which ones fit their wants or needs or place an order.*Engaging via phone or chat. You need to ensure that the customers have the same type of experience as on-on-one while visiting a physical store.*You may need to give your Customers information about the store, including its location and hours, upon their requestRequirements: Native written and speaking Turkish level + B2 EnglishProblem-solving skillsService-mindedPrevious experience in sales is required.Eligible to work in Portugal: Valid work permit or EU passport.
