Turkish Speaking Email Support Agent

This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. As an Email Support Agent, you will represent an online e-commerce platform that facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. You will be the first point of contact for both buyers and sellers and will receive their incoming queries via email only. You will be dealing with customer issues that happen before, during, and after purchase, e.g., answering stock level queries, product info, prices, deliveries, refunds, etc. This is a written-only support role and therefore would suit someone with excellent Turkish written skills.
