We are looking for: The Treasury Tools & Bank Account Manager at Syensqo ensures the seamless operation and compliance of our treasury infrastructure. This cross-functional role offers the opportunity to interface with global banking partners and auditors, drive key treasury projects, and manage one team member.
We count on you to: Bank Account ManagementOversee the creation and closure of Syensqo group bank accounts worldwide.Interface with banks for account maintenance, including KYC processes and updating POAs in collaboration with local finance teams.Set up and maintain bank account-related services such as cash-pooling, communication, and e-banking systems (EBS).Administer the central repository for Syensqo bank accounts (Aodocs eBAM).Manage treasury archives with banks, intragroup, and third parties.Conduct yearly bank account circulation with external auditors.Participate in co-development initiatives with Syensqo's preferred banking partners.Handle other tasks such as LEI issuance.Treasury Tools ManagementUpload and control market data in FIS Quantum & SAP (from Reuters Refinitiv) and resolve incidents.Maintain static data and access rights in treasury systems (FIS Quantum, 360T, Bloomberg, Finastra Mysis).Manage treasury vendor payments.Follow up on treasury tickets (Helix, FIS) and assign them to the appropriate teams.Supervise connectivity with banks (Swiftnet, EquensWorldline) and optimize costs.Administer Treasury Online (In-House-Bank payment tool) and POAs.Develop expertise in Aodocs, Appsheet, and other digital tools.Risk Management & ComplianceEnforce internal controls and supervise audits in connection with internal or external auditors.Manage EMIR exemptions for internal and external deals.Oversee treasury KPIs and supervision.Manage the Business Continuity Plan of Treasury and organize regular testing.Treasury ProjectsConduct competitive intelligence on treasury technologies and tool development (e.g., Quantum).Act as a key player in the entity renaming process until the end of 2025.Participate as a treasury stakeholder in the SAP rebuild project and validate the UAT.Finalize APAC cash pooling.Engage in other strategic projects such as AI.You will bring: Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration or Business Law.Experience in the treasury or finance field within a large corporate or banking environment.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Strong data analytical skills, critical thinking, and a customer-oriented mindset.Awareness and interest in banking technologies (Swift, digital, new payment types).Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems (Quantum), Bank Account Management tools, payment platforms, and Swift environment is a plus.Project and change management skills in finance.Risk management expertise.High level of rigor and attention to detail.Ability to manage an intercultural team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentations, documents).Fast learner with a proactive attitude.You will get: Competitive salaryHealth insuranceLife insurance16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leaveTraining Platform for all employeesFree language courses (24 languages available)Free Well-Being sessions (physical and psychological)Additional information: Location: LisbonHybrid working model: at least twice a week onsiteAbout us:
