We are hiring a Treasury Team Leader to join our Porto Shared Services.
Manage the Financial Specialists to ensure departmental goals are met in an efficient and effective method;Control team performance levels and promote employee training, ensuring their motivation;Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the agreed SLAs;Bank relationship management for daily operations;Evaluate current processes for efficiencies, up to and including evaluating our current environment/tools for best practices;Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory, credit, and banking organizations / communicate with financial partners;Ensure effective cash flow within the different entities of the Group;Assist with the monthly close process for Treasury Operations;Perform backup duties and any required training, as needed.Requirements: Degree in Economics / Management (optional);Minimum of 5 years of Treasury experience;Previous experience managing and/or supervising a team is mandatory;Experience in SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel are considered an asset;Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences;Strong attention to detail is required to be successful in the role;Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence both internally and externally;Self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency;Must be able to effectively prioritize and assign work and meet deadlines;Fluency in English will be considered an advantage.Making it WorkWe deeply believe that our people are crucial to our success.
