Job Responsibilities:

First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our clients' customers' needs aiming to provide an excellent service.

Assist viewers through phone, chat, and emails regarding different queries.

Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.

Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewers' inquiries.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Requirements:

C2 level in French and intermediate English
