JobSummaryThe Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of COA cultural adaptation. The ideal candidate will support the management of translation and linguistic validation projects, ensuring that all translations meet quality standards and project timelines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesoAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of translation and linguistic validation projects, with adherence to project scope, timeline, and budgetoHelp manage the extraction, translation, and integration of content across various languages and platformsoCoordinate project meetings, draft agendas, and detailed meeting minutesoCoordinate linguist recruitment and manage vendor SOWs and trackersoCommunicate with translation vendors and linguists to ensure timely delivery and- quality workoMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including translation glossaries, style guides, and project plansoCollaborate with instrument developers, science advisors, and/or COA managers for concept elaboration, as needed to perform translation reviewsoConduct preliminary quality checks and reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency within a language and across all languages included in a studyoRecord QA findings and communicate effectively with translation providers to resolve issues before project finalization and client deliveryoProvide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and challengesoIdentify and resolve any issues that arise during the translation process, escalating to senior project managers when necessaryoMonitor and maintain quality in project documentation, deliverables, and reportsoManage multiple, parallel complex projects simultaneouslyoFollow company and department SOPs and WIsoPartner with other project managers to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practicesREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESoBachelor's degreeoMin. 3 years of experience in a relevant field (e. g.
