QualificationsA relevant bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Public Affairs, Public Administration, Health Policy, Environmental Policy, or a related field would be advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in public affairs, healthcare policy advocacy, or government relations, ideally within the healthcare sectorStrong stakeholder management skills being proficient in building and maintaining relationships with policy makers, patient organizations, and healthcare opinion leaders. Effective analytical skills and political acumen with- depth understanding of public policy and- making processes in PortugalAbility to connect the dots and translate evidence into effective policy positions and advocacy (in collaboration with other functions). Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbout the DepartmentYou will join a dynamic and diverse team, that is responsible for a spectrum of activities from public affairs, patient relations, communication, and sustainability.
