Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious client leading multinational group. We are looking for a Training and Development Specialist (M/F) to join his team located in Amarante. Responsibilities - Participation in the definition, implementation and management of topics related to the training and development of Human Resources.
- It will be the link between the training area and the performance evaluation process, as well as in the employer branding process.
- Responsible for the training area A a Z, from surveying training needs, registering and organising classes, mediating training with external partners;
- Conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars both virtually and in person;
- Develop and create extensive training materials, such as manuals, presentations, e-learning modules and other multimedia resources, with the aim of improving employees professional skills;
- Assess training requirements by conducting surveys and interviews with trainees;
- Implement the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing content uploading, user management, training progress tracking, and reporting to assess training effectiveness, redefining improvements to existing materials and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and industry organisations to encourage teamwork and improve the quality of training programmes.
Requirements - Psychology or Human Resources Management degree;
- Approximately 3/4 years professional experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge in Compensations and Benefits is valued.
- Creativity, thinking outside the box and dynamic; 
- English professional level (mandatory).
