Trainer/Quality Supervisor - in Portugal, Porto Location: Porto The Trainer/Quality Supervisor is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure all team members possess the necessary skills to meet and exceed performance standards. This role also includes overseeing quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
