We bring a cohesive, cross-channel solution to increase performance for every brand we touch.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to delivery teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.Responsibilities:Manages campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality;Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands;Partners with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses;Supports brand partners through execution of operational activities involved in campaign delivery – campaign setup, traffic and launch and optimisation;Supports client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices;Reconciles media delivered with supplier and resolves mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe;Creates client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed reporting templates (e.g. post-buy report of media delivered and actual spend, recorded in our media systems);Provides additional operational support as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as trafficking specialist or a similar role;High knowledge with Adform, Sizmek, Flashtalking, CM360, Weborama, Doubleverify, and IAS;Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, predominantly Excel;Basic understanding of GTM, and Youtube;Good analytical skills;Good organization and time management skills;Dynamic and proactive profile;Mastery of the English language;Interested in new technologies/platforms;Experience and agility in Windows and Microsoft environments;Persistence in solving problems.Additional InformationWe do not sponsor work visa.For those who don't have Portuguese documents (NIF and NISS), we suggest you to search for more information at local country Social Security entities, as well as on SEF (Serviços Estrangeiros e Fronteiras), for possible roles in Merkle Portugal.Benefits & Perks:Agile work environment22 days of holidays + 3 wellness daysBirthday day offHealthcare insurance for youInclusion & DiversityWe value the strength diversity brings to our business and are working hard to build a more inclusive workplace through partnerships with Stonewall, Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community's race and gender equality campaigns.
