We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing scientific programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and objectives. This role requires a strong background in scientific research, project management, and team leadership.

Tasks
Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of scientific programs and projects with different levels of technology readiness.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program goals and objectives, aligned with the company goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of scientists and researchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, colleagues from Marketing and/or Operations, and external research partners.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact to senior management and stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.
Requirements
PhD or MSc Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Eng., Food Technology, or other similar fields.
Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in scientific research management within food technology/biochemicals/biotechnology fields.
Proven experience in leading programs or projects that required alignment of different business units and scientific disciplines.
Fluent and versatile in project management strategies, from scope definition to execution and project wrap-up.
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills with project stakeholders (from founding team to project team members) on planning, status, and forecasting.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
