As a Global Master Data Steward, you will be responsible for:Monitoring data quality and data usage, ensuring internal policies and standards are followed.Collaborating with E2E Process Teams to ensure all Master Data elements are fit-for-purpose.Responsible for the timely maintenance of assigned Master Data in defined Global Business Applications securing validity, consistency, integrity, and compliance with external and internal regulations.Solving issues with master data, such as managing data corruption or mapping between different applications.Proposing improvements and adjustments to reduce user impact always in accordance with the global template.Discovering efficient ways to manage, organize, and analyze data, leading to data quality improvement.Developing, measuring, and sharing SLA and KPI including target values, identifying improvement actions.Conducting training on Master Data procedures, rules, and standards.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (supply chain, computer systems, engineering, science preferred).Experience in SAP S/4 functionalities with a focus on master data, as a consultant or as an end-user.Pharmaceutical IT experience in the assigned Business Domain is a plus.Understanding the impact of master data quality on the operational business processes.Interest in master data quality and enthusiasm for improvement initiatives.Advanced knowledge in Excel and Word.Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.Self-organized and autonomous, structured thinking.Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues.High customer focus and ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication.Good communication skills in the English language.People come first at Ferring:Get inspired by our commitment to advocate for everyone's right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live, or who you love.Our inclusive support package – "Building Families at Ferring" provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role.Parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents.Extended support on family building journey.Making a difference in the life of millions of people means we succeed by working together.
