Job Description The purpose of this role is to guarantee effective international pitch coordination and accurate data analysis in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Trading Director.
Responsibilities
Guarantees accurate and timely reports aligned with the Trading Director.
Coordinates with international teams in pitches representing the Portugal Market, completing pitch templates with market data.
Manages new business opportunities and keeps data up to date in Salesforce.
Ensures data analysis and builds solid insights.
Supports and advises Account Teams by educating and promoting the best trading deals and strategies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media trading or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media buying.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel proficiency is a must-have!
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms.
