Main Responsibilities: Support Management and Sales Team: Assist management and the sales team in the development and implementation of trade marketing plans and campaigns. Assortments and Planograms Creation and Optimization: Create, modify, and improve assortments and planograms for retailers. Animation Planning and Follow-up: Create and optimize animation planning and follow-up with agencies. Business Reviews Preparation: Prepare business reviews with the General Manager and KAM on trade marketing issues. KPI Analysis: Analyze trade marketing KPIs (product performance, planogram efficiency, etc.) and provide insights for improvement. POS Materials Management: Work with purchasing teams to order the best POS materials (displays, shelves, etc.) for the Belgian market. Field Team Communication: Communicate with field teams on trade marketing campaigns in each retailer (promotions, extra visibility, etc.). Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to develop new equipment and manage the production of marketing materials. Budget Monitoring: Monitor the budget for trade marketing expenses. Votre Profil : Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Skills: Very good knowledge of the "Pack Office": Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of planogram management and analytical tools. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Languages: Bilingual Dutch/French or French/English. Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
