Tourism Project - Remote

Location: Work at Home (Portugal-based) Schedule: Monday to Sunday (two rotational shifts): 06:30 to 15:30 13:00 to 22:00 Days Off: 2 rotational days Responsibilities Promptly assist clients with bookings, upgrades, rescheduling, and addressing doubts.
Manage inquiries via chat (80%), with some calls and emails.
Liaise with hotels to convey client demands when necessary.
Handle customer and hotel partner requests, including bookings, cancellations, complaints, and billing.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and actions taken.
Preferred Experience Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2/C1) (85% fluency in English required as 90% of clients are American).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback.
