What are you going to do? We are looking for a candidate with good experience in TIBCO Products (TIBCO BusinessWorks, iProcess and EMS) to join the TIBCO Products BPM team. The TIBCO Products BPM team supports multiple critical applications and this opportunity is to join the team that provides 24*7 support to multiple Category A systems; Supporting the weekend launch activities; Implementing procedures from the pre-production and production environment and preparing by exporting/importing files from the iProcess library; Carrying out root cause analysis and severity analysis of pre-production and production problems; Involved in logging, monitoring and statistics facilities to effectively visualize system activities and track system performance using SNOW, Dynatrace and confluence. What are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree in information technology, management or similar; +4 years' experience in Tibco; Good knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, iProcess and EMS; Experience in managing thin & thick clients for Staffware using TIBCO iProcess Modeler and case administration; Experience supporting and administering multiple TIBCO administration domains and multiple TIBCO BW integrations (BW 5.X & BW 6.x) deployed in the domains; Experience in overseeing patching and upgrade work of TIBCO suite applications (TIBCO BW, TIBCO iProcess and MQ servers) to ensure security and stability and coordination with different teams; Experience in managing SNOW incidents and change requests; Experience on working with UNIX commands; Fluent in English (B2 - mandatory).
