Your New Company In Portugal, a global services company operates a significant business center in Porto. This center focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by centralizing and transforming financial processes. It handles various financial domains, such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), and Master Data Management (MDM). The center has grown rapidly since its establishment in 2018 and now employs over 400 people from more than 11 nationalities. Your New Role Reporting to PMO, as a testing manager, you will oversee and coordinate the testing process to ensure high-quality software delivery of all HR-related applications. You will help define the testing strategy, create test plans, and identify test cases that cover various functional and non-functional aspects of the software. You will collaborate closely with project managers, functional teams, business, and 3rd party vendors to provide testing support for global projects and to prioritize and manage testing activities and resources throughout the SDLC. You will work with business stakeholders and HRSS workstreams to understand the business process requirements, objectives, and needs. You will track and report testing progress across the HR Harmonie program to all levels of HR management. You will work with testing teams to identify and analyze defects, coordinate with the development team for timely resolution, and ensure continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. What You'll Need to Succeed Demonstrated skills and/or experience in: Overseeing testing efforts and testing teams Developing testing strategy and plan Problem-Solving Skills Ability to work with business, functional teams, and technical teams Excellent business-facing and communication skills Preferred: Experience with HR applications, like Success Factors, LMS, Recruiting tools, and other HCM software.
