Creating a test strategy outlining the overall approach to testing. It includes but is not limited to: setting the objectives, schedule, deliverables, test environment set up, and resource allocation.
Managing the team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress. Providing guidance, support, and training to the team members.
Overseeing the execution of test cases, ensuring that the testing process follows the test plan and that the team addresses issues promptly. Provide regular updates to clients and management.
Consolidating and analyzing findings and preparing comprehensive test reports. These reports highlight the defects found, their severity, and the overall quality of the software application.
Establishing expected quality assurance standards and communicating them to the team. Assessing the effectiveness of the testing process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing activities.
Tracking and managing defects using a defect tracking system. Liaising with the functional team and developers to resolve defects promptly.
Understanding test scenarios, reviewing product requirements, estimating testing activities, understanding functional and design specifications, and understanding QA methodologies and tools.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles
5 years of relevant functional experience
Fluency in English
Experience with HR applications like Success Factors, LMS, Recruiting tools, and other HCM software
Problem Solving Skills
Ability to work with business, functional teams, and technical teams
Excellent business-facing and communication skills
