Role: Test Lead Main Tasks: Define the Test Strategy and ensure that it is being adhered to. Help validate User Stories and acceptance criteria in alignment with the business. Lead the team of testers on the design, implementation, and execution of test cases and test plans. Identify test automation opportunities and prepare the test cases accordingly. Identify and follow up on bugs so they can be fixed. Assist the customer on UATs and e2e testing. Document and report on test execution. Support Tech lead on decision to deploy to QA and upper environments. Technical Skills: Leading testing teams. Previous hands-on experience as a Test Lead working with developers, product specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders. Software development lifecycle (agile/scrum), Cloud technologies, functional and non-functional test methodologies. Experience of Testing websites and applications on a large scale. Managing relationships with business and external stakeholders. Test management and defect management tools. JIRA, xRay, and Confluence. Functional and regression testing. English fluency (oral and written). Experience working in an international environment. Knowledge of API testing using Postman. Knowledge of automation framework, in particular Cucumber. Knowledge of Gherkin. Knowledge of Spring Boot. Knowledge and experience in Performance testing.
