Job Description
Plan, organize and manage cybersecurity projects, supporting the definition of scope, planning (deadlines), necessary resources and risks;
Address/ monitor the risk mitigation activities identified within the activities of cybersecurity in other areas;
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication between members;
Monitor the evolution of the project, identifying deviations and proposing solutions;
Report project status to stakeholders;
Identify opportunities for improvement in cybersecurity processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Higher Academic Training in Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical or equivalent experience;
Minimum experience of 5 years in managing complex projects preferably in the area of cybersecurity;
Knowledge in project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);
Knowledge in the management and operation of project management tools (e.g. JIRA);
Ability to lead and manage teams;
Planning and organization capacity;
Ability to identify and manage risks;
Ability to communicate and interpersonal relationship;
Proactivity and initiative;
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
Resilience, adaptability to change and management of ambiguous situations;
Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
