Job Description We are looking for a skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions.
This role will involve working with multiple IAM tools, web servers, databases, and APIs, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of identity and access processes across the organization.
Define a transversal IAM strategy by collaborating with key stakeholders within the organization; Design, implement, and manage identity directories and services; Deploy the necessary technologies to integrate with the organization's identity management systems centrally; Ensure continuous improvement of processes and user experience; Implement access controls for applications, as well as maintenance and updates of directories; Manage access and permissions, automating processes wherever possible; Solve challenges related to IAM solutions, integrations, capabilities, or functionalities of the central platform within the scope of authentication; Implement and maintain technology to ensure compliance with audit and privacy requirements; Manage projects and produce the necessary documentation for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; • Proven experience in implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions; • Relevant experience in project management, particularly in IAM projects; • Solid experience in identifying, characterizing, and managing cybersecurity risks (e.g., conducting cybersecurity assessments); • Strong background in managing IAM projects; • Significant experience in managing technological risk; • Leadership and teamwork skills; • Ability to manage conflicts and coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups; • Strong planning and organizational skills; • Proactivity, pragmatism, and initiative; • Resilience, adaptability to change, and ability to handle ambiguous situations; • Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset; • Autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.
