Job Description As a Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will be managing the cybersecurity program, including overseeing the area's budget cycle (approval process and execution monitoring), tracking the mitigation projects for major cybersecurity risks, and reporting on risks and cybersecurity activities while orchestrating tasks across the involved teams.
You will also need to ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, maintain up-to-date project status documentation, and guarantee the appropriate quality levels for technical documentation.
Monitor key security control implementation projects (led by the Cybersecurity team or other departments), keeping track of their status, particularly regarding the project plan, execution progress, risks, and issues to be resolved; Report project status to stakeholders; Address and follow up on the mitigation activities of identified risks in collaboration with other areas; Identify and manage cybersecurity risks associated with ongoing projects, ensuring that cybersecurity controls are properly implemented; Manage the Cybersecurity Steering Committee and other internal communication channels, including proposing agendas, defining communication strategies, and coordinating with different stakeholders to prepare supporting documentation for sessions; Coordinate cybersecurity teams in budget management tasks, particularly in preparing the annual budget proposal and subsequent execution monitoring, anticipating needs according to the plan; Support the preparation of annual activity plans for the cybersecurity area; Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity processes and procedures.
Qualifications Academic Background : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, combining technical skills with management knowledge; Relevant Experience : Proven experience in program management or complex project management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain; Experience in preparing management reports on risks and activities (e.g., steering committee); Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.
); Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA); Knowledge of information security standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.
); Strong leadership and team management skills; Ability to manage conflicts and coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups; Excellent planning and organizational skills; Ability to identify and manage cybersecurity risks; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Proactivity and initiative; Resilience, adaptability to change, and ability to manage ambiguous situations; Critical thinking and result-oriented mindset; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities; Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities; Strong relationship-building skills and positive networking capabilities; Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
