Job Description Your primary role will be to technically evaluate cybersecurity solutions and components, both current and emerging, ensuring that the organization adopts technologies and controls that best address cybersecurity needs and requirements.
The evaluations require a deep technical understanding to provide a detailed characterization of each solution and enable accurate comparisons.
You will also be responsible for producing documentation of the conducted tests and the solutions to be implemented, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Additionally, you should keep up with emerging market technologies, cybersecurity trends, and threats, contributing to the organization's overall cybersecurity strategy and continuous evolution.
What We Expect from You: Define and implement cybersecurity controls in solutions; Perform testing of cybersecurity solutions to determine the most suitable technologies for the company's needs and context; Assess and implement additional requirements in existing solutions, whether for new functionalities, continuous improvement, or problem resolution; Collaborate with internal teams to recognize, identify, and characterize technologies, and assess associated cybersecurity risks; Manage projects and produce the necessary documentation for their follow-up; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity technologies; Align the internal strategy with market best practices and technologies that enhance visibility and mitigate cybersecurity risks; Communicate risks, corresponding mitigations, and recommend technologies that best meet identified needs; Contribute to the cybersecurity incident management process when needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Relevant experience in technological fields and/or engineering; Significant experience in identifying, characterizing, and managing cybersecurity risks (e.g., conducting cybersecurity assessments); Relevant experience in managing technological risks; Strong leadership and teamwork skills; Conflict management skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary working groups; Excellent planning and organizational skills; Proactivity, pragmatism, and initiative; Resilience, adaptability to change, and the ability to manage ambiguous situations; Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset; Autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
