Our R&D lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for high accuracy, high-speed test, and debug.As part of the thorough product validation within Synopsys, the function:Includes definition and execution of rigorous verification test-benches:to perform system level validation of products under development, andto guarantee circuit performance and interoperability.Requires solid debugging and problem-solving skills for explaining circuits' behavior and limitations.Includes project responsibilities for sustaining the continuous improvement cycle towards excellence. It encompasses:Test specificationsTest setupTest execution and Data collection/consolidation/reportingKnowledge management.SkillsElectrical/Electronic Engineering degreePrevious work with electronics test instrumentationFamiliar with board schematics and layoutsScripting and programmingGood organization and communication skillsSelf-motivation, problem solving and attention to detail.Valued ExperienceIC designFPGA development tools, Verilog HDLInstrumentation (examples: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, bit error rate tester, network analyzer)High-speed electronicsKnow-how on test automation engines (for example Jenkins)C/C++, Python, MATLAB.Inclusion and Diversity are important to us.
