We are currently looking for a new member for the SSC - Accounts Receivable team to join us in the position of Technician, Accounts Receivable - Maternity Leave .
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Requirements:
At least 3 years of previous experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control (mandatory)
Proficient in Ms Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory) and SAP knowledge would be a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer driven and high level of accuracy
Responsibilities:
Perform collection activities related to all Sonae Sierra's tenants,according to the prescribed procedures;
Monitor and control customers' balances and their bank accounts to ensure that payments are received within the contractually agreed deadlines;
Keep a daily record of payments received from tenants in order to remove debits and feed the collection fee calculation system;
Daily follow up cases of delayed payment, by sending comfort letters, emails and/or making phone calls to ensure that debt amounts are collected;
Prepare processes for litigation by gathering the necessary information;
Manage and control all not returned credit notes and request their refund.
