Technical Writer

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writerto play a key role in a leading company in the technology sector.
Responsibilities :
Creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation;
Translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences, ranging from developers to end-users;
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers, to ensure accurate and effective documentation.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of IT concepts, including networking, software development, system architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA , Confluence , Git , and Markdown for documentation.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# (optional based on expertise).
Understanding of APIs and their documentation using tools like Postman or Swagger .
Expertise in creating various technical documents, such as user manuals, API documentation, system guides, whitepapers, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Ability to distill complex technical details into clear, understandable language for different audience levels.
Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
