As a Global ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will be the driving force behind a seamless and efficient platform experience, ensuring top-notch performance, availability, and security. You will craft a visionary strategy, uncover hidden opportunities, and forge strong bonds with cross-functional teams to propel the platform forward.
In your new role, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day managementandadministration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security
Developandimplement a long-term strategy for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance the platform's efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Procurement, to understand their needs and ensure the platform meets their requirements
Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors and partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsto measure the platform's performance and identify areas for improvement
With your proactive approach, analytical mindset, and efficient communication skills, you can drive the ServiceNow platform forward, generating and implementing innovative solutions while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams. Additionally, your unique ability to maintain a holistic perspective, even in the face of complex technical challenges, will enable you to optimize the platform's performance and align it with the organization's overall goals.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
ABachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any similar field of studies
At least3 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner or similar role.
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.HR Service Delivery, Financial Services Operations, or Sourcing & Procurement Operations product experience is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, customizations, and integrationswith a focus on staying in the latest version and keeping the system as out of the box as possible
Familiarity withITIL, especially incident and change management
Knowledge of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes and systems, with the ability to understand and address each need, will be a big advantage
Stronganalytical mindset,problem-solvingskills, and excellentcommunicationskills
Fluency in English (mandatory)
