Technical Training Manager

Coloplast is seeking an experienced Technical Training Manager to plan training strategies, ensure compliance with company practices, and enhance Operations performance. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing programs, preparing training plans, managing budgets, recording activities, coordinating changes in procedures, and fostering continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Identify technical training needs based on production plans, technology changes, legal requirements, and more.Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and update training programs.Prepare long, mid-, and short-term training plans integrating with operations plans.Define departmental budget, monitor expenses, and metrics.Record training activities in the system.Coordinate training on procedure changes, quality procedures, and manage refresher training.Manage subordinates, encourage their development, and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Degree in engineering/education or equivalent experiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Portuguese, and English.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing.Experience in personnel management and conflict resolution.Understanding of support departments' roles and responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications:Previous trainer experience.Participation in continuous improvement projects.Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical businesses.
