Introduction
The Technical Support Specialist will join the new team in Lisbon to support a leading Integration Platform as a Service (IPAAS) solution, specialising in HR and other critical integrations to streamline the Company´s clients´ digital ecosystems. As the platform expands, a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless client experiences.
It is a diverse team, so you will need to be fluent in English. There are great opportunities to take on more responsibilities and have direct influence on product development within the company.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier, front-line support for the platform, helping clients troubleshoot technical issues, resolving queries, and guiding them effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to apply and grow your JavaScript skills in a hands-on environment, supported by our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective technical support to clients using our integration solutions.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
Collaborate with the support team to enhance support processes and recognize recurring issues.
Utilize JavaScript for troubleshooting tasks or minor customizations as needed.
Requirements
Basic understanding of technical support practices and customer service.
Some experience or familiarity with JavaScript (personal projects or coursework are welcome).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves
Experience in consultancy, especially in HR, ERP, or Payroll systems.
Familiarity with web development concepts, APIs, or cloud platforms.
Experience with support ticketing systems or similar tools.
