Application Production Support

Main Responsibilities: Manage incidents according to Service Delivery GITSDE / ITIL Standard; Monitor environments and KPIs, suggest changes, improvements so as to continuously improve global level of service and validate changes onto production; Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them.
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Production Support; Knowledge in Ansible, Linux, Jenkins, Cloud, Kubernetes, and monitoring/ Dynatrace.
Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server); Previous contact with ITIL processes is appreciated; Organizational and communication skills; Proactivity and dynamism; Good English level (mandatory).
