David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform, to join their their team in Portugal.
Position: Technical Support Representative Location: remote, Portugal Work model: remote (after initial 2 week office training in Porto) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.
REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in French both verbal and written.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Strong understanding of MySQL Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage Available to work in shift rotation - Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM High school degree or equivalent (or higher) No prior work experience required, but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided).
