For that, you will need: Fluent Portuguese (C2) and English (C2) A professional technical background of at least 1 to 2 years (preferably in security and systems administration) Experience in technical support of 1 to 2 years in IT teams Proficiency in analysis and problem solving Experience with Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, and/or Azure Active Directory Administration is a big plus Availability from 9h to 24h, Monday to Friday is required.
