David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for a FinTech platform, to join their team in Portugal.Position: Technical Support RepresentativeLocation: remote, PortugalWork model: remote (after initial 2 week office training in Porto)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: base salary + bonuses.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channelsTroubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQLCollaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessaryEnsure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfactionAct as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.REQUIREMENTS:Native / fluent in French both verbal and written.
