The functions you will perform in your day-to-day life are as follows: Provide advanced technical assistance to dealerships, and service centers.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in vehicles , automotive systems, and components.
Analyze technical data and utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions , technical issues, and solutions provided.
Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
#LI-MU1 Lisbon-Portugal We're looking for you if: You have a medium-high English level (B2-C1).
You have a high level of proficiency in Portuguese (C2 - native).
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Support (automotive industry) Or similar experiences ( Automotive technical trainer / Master technician / Flying doctor) Mechanical engineering degree highly valued Hybrid work system , availability to work in Lisbon You consider yourself a person with excellent communication skills, analytical and organizational skills.
