Job Description 2nd line of application support Knowing the procedures and participating in the task automation process Managing and monitoring service levels Communication with technical/functional teams Building and updating documentation and materials to support services Analyzing, documenting and improving internal processes and tools.
Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems   Qualifications Strong functional analysis skills; SQL/MYSQL; Use of Unix/Linux environment; Familiar with IT best practice standards/tools such as ITIL; Scripting languages (e.g.
KSH/Bash; Python; Perl) Gitlab Additional Information Knowledge of JAVA language Knowledge of Cloud Based environments (IBM CLoud or MS Azure preferred) Terraforms
