Tech customer support for tech devices for tech people...are you ready?
Responsibilities: Provide technical support for customers regarding tech devices.
Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to gaming and tech.
Minimum Requirements: Fluency in English (C2 Level or Native);
Availability to work night shifts;
Good computer skills;
Tech-savvy person;
Any kind of previous experience with customer support / tech support / gaming area;
Excellent communication skills;
Candidates should already reside in the Lisbon area and be EU citizens or have the proper residence/work permit.
