Technical Service ManagerLisboaLisboa, Lisboa, PortugalJob Description:Job Name: Technical Service ManagerJob Type: Contract to hireCountry: PortugalCity: LisbonState: FLResponsibilities:Ensure and oversee the delivery, implementation and confirmation of all recommendations and initiatives to solve client's major incidents to ensure service is delivered as agreed.Facilitate the delivery of projects by orchestrating communication between customer/operation teams.Identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions are put in place.Be the main point of contact between the client and the Competence Centre with the responsibility of doing requirements gathering to consequently generate work.Requirements:Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar.5 or more years of professional experience as an IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Manager.Experience/Knowledge in many types of technological solutions (i.e. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares).Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).We Offer:Integration in a dynamic, oriented and cooperative team.Health Insurance.A well-defined career plan.Excellent remuneration package.
