Technical Sales Manager EMEA, Personal Care (m/f/x)The Technical Sales Manager will work closely with Sales Managers in the regions, Global Key Account Managers, Marketing and R&D functions to better penetrate key customers, to further build on Elementis' brand image and to drive new sales opportunities and long-term success. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled technical support, driving product excellence and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:You deliver and lead technical expertise in the entire EMEA region: driving the team to achieve business objectives and fast-track the creation of new business opportunities across all tiers.You lead customer projects by collaborating with technology, marketing and sales: resolve and troubleshoot technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing. Develop and enhance technical relationship with current and new customers. Understand customer's strategic direction as well as their "pains & gains" and introduce the Elementis value proposition to better support their plans.You drive and identify product innovation: ensuring market needs, customer expectations and regulatory standards in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams. Lead and/or participate in (multifunctional) projects for Personal Care.You design and develop comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and customers: ensuring clear communication of Elementis' products value proposition.You identify and line-up new business opportunities in line with the business strategy: align internal technical expertise with customer needs to drive new project development and support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives.What will it takeTechnical expertise: In-depth knowledge of product formulation in the personal care sector.
