We are seeking highly skilled Technical Product Owners / Managers with a solid technical foundation and extensive experience in Agile methodologies. This role entails overseeing the development lifecycle of sophisticated solutions for prestigious Video Gaming and Telecom clients. The selected candidates will manage a team of developers, shaping the product lifecycle, defining user requirements, and ensuring robust communication channels between development and business teams to guarantee expected outcomes. What you'll need to be successful in this position: Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting Agile development teams, preferably as a Product Owner or Product Manager.A background in software engineering and familiarity with technical terminologies.Experience with major cloud service providers like AWS or GCP.Proven competence in navigating the software development lifecycle from a strategic and operational perspective.Expectations: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for the development team, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinate activities across various global time zones.Address and guide the resolution of any obstacles faced by the team, fostering an environment conducive to Agile practices.Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the team when necessary.Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and delivery schedules.Generate regular reports as required by the organization and clients.Use your technical expertise to prioritize development and quality assurance tasks based on strategic business objectives.Oversee the product backlog, craft user stories, and manage issue resolution.Finally, this is what you'll be doing: Conduct and manage Agile ceremonies to ensure cohesive team operations.Engage with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality product.Guide the product's strategic vision and decompose it into manageable deliverables.Facilitate team interactions and address potential hurdles, escalating them when necessary.Explore market opportunities and drive the product development process from inception to deployment.If you got this far you are committed!
