We are looking for an experienced PMO analyst and portfolio manager who will oversee and coordinate our portfolio management activities and ensure alignment and compliance with:the global/corporate PMO standards, processes, and initiativesSiemens Energy's Finance, Accounting & Control timelines and processesHow You'll Make An Impact / ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the portfolio management and delivery processes and tools to support a consistent methodology for all our projects and activities.Ensure effective project and portfolio decision support through design and provision of appropriate reports and reporting cadence to governance boards, the leadership team, project managers, and business owners.Support executive reporting that includes board readouts, KPIs, project health and status, inclusive of financials and resource utilization.Monitor, plan, and execute progress of delivery activities, and actively work to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate and timely communication to all pertinent stakeholders.Identify and implement processes/services to manage expectations of key stakeholders and vendor partners.Synthesize key insights, highlighting gaps, identifying pain points, and understanding opportunities for value while tracking milestones and deliverables across the team.Support other portfolio managers from different teams in providing consistent delivery and portfolio governance across the Data & Advanced Analytics organization.Occasionally expected to manage task forces.What You Bring / Skills, CapabilitiesProven experience in supporting and managing projects/programmes/portfolios.Excellent understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques in waterfall, lean, and agile environments, with experience in the use of project management and collaboration software, e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Service Now.Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization, with experience in influencing direction and driving outcomes.Excellent communications and engagement, with awareness and experience in different types of medium and methods to capture and sustain attention and participation.Experience in developing and delivering learning and capability strategy and approach.Experience and working knowledge (5-10 years) with digital initiatives, data analytics projects, or software development within a large, multi-national organization.Substantial experience of establishing program management frameworks within large, complex, global organizations.About The TeamThe Data & Advanced Analytics organization has been established and designed to help Siemens Energy achieve our mission by becoming a data-driven organization.
