Skills and Qualifications
A Technical Product Manager at xgeeks is responsible for the success of the product by making sure the desired outcomes are achieved .
How we expect you to achieve the outcomes
Assessing the 4 main risks: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability.
Identifying, tracking, and measuring success metrics and outcomes.
Discovering and validating end-users' pain points, product requirements, and potential solutions.
Managing stakeholders as the core point of communication in a cross-functional team.
Creating and enforcing product vision/strategy & go-to-market strategy.
Plan and execute the product roadmap.
Focus:
Outcomes (Impact).
80% external (e.g., Business and end-user), 20% internal (e.g., Internal technical team).
Mid to long-term impact (Future).
Direction.
Key Requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written/spoken).
Business savviness.
Strong critical and strategic thinking.
Data-driven problem-solving mindset.
Accurate time management skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Technical skills (at least, main concepts knowledge):
Coding.
Infrastructure services/tools.
Deployment processes/tools.
Data: DB, data structures, and ETL processes.
System architecture (Monolith, microservices...).
